A New Take on Elevated Classic Italian Menu at Clara | Bangkok Foodies Gallery
Clara, Chef Christian Martena’s Italian fine cuisine and homage to his beloved partner on Yen Akat road reveals another incredible journey featuring their simple yet elegant take on Italian and European classics, with modern technique highlighting both local and imported ingredients to give diners a refined and genuine experience.
With this new menu, the team welcomed Theo Lavergne, renowned French Sommelier whose portfolio includes working at 2 Michelin Star Restaurant, Le Clarence Paris. Explore their tasting menu options from Discovery 7 Moments Menu (฿2,680++) and Gourmet 8 Moments (฿3,980++).
To immerse in the full Clara experience, pair the menu with their selection of wine, Discovery Wine Trails (฿1,980++) and Gourmet Wine Trails (฿2,480++). A La Carte menus are available with daily specials along with selection of wine by the bottle and glass. The tasting menu is available from March 2021 onwards.
