The other option is the Grilled Pork Jowl with organic meat sourced from Nan province served with Nahm Jim Jaew, crunchy pickles and spring onions, and Chef Joshua is not shy on spice with robust flavours, he is knowledgeable of Thai flavour profiles and would be more than happy to describe them to guests in detail.

Surprisingly, one of our favourites which was actually vegetarian, was  the wholesome vegetable choice of Grain Salad, a combination of healthy grains served with Kale Pesto sauce and refreshing Greek Yogurt. The combination of crunchy textures and zest with acute freshness is simply sensational.

The Mains include the savoury Grilled Pork Loin, which comes with two portions *sheepish grin* of organic pork from Nan province, sous vide then grilled and served with mashed garlic potatoes and brussels sprouts salad. Another well executed dish, although we would have preferred a deeper sear on the pork for extra bite and smokiness.

The Seared Andaman Sea Bass, delicious and sweet fillet served with crispy fish skin on top of freshly cooked rice and Nham Jim Emulsion, testament to Chef Cameron’s style.

And the hit, another vegetarian dish, was the Parisian Gnocchi, a perfect blend of Parisian-style handmade Gnocchi served with Ragu Mushrooms and Parmesan cheese, eyes were rightfully rolling back into heads for this dish.
