Paolo Vitaletti & Peppina Pizza Sukhumvit 33 are delighted to be welcoming Chef Silvio Gropelli and owner Daniele Geniale of ll Taglio restaurant in Surrey Hills Sydney to Bangkok for an exclusive one off pizza collaboration, Tuesday March 14th
Al Taglio is a bustling modern Italian pizzeria and restaurant located in the Surry Hills, Sydney, an area known for its stylish and ever evolving café and restaurant scene. They have won high praise for their playful, gourmet and traditional Italian and pizzas made from age old traditions, which have seen them win not only 3 “spicchi” from Gambero Rosso but also being awarded 14th best pizza in APAC and 94th best in the world at 2022 50 Top Pizzas awards.
We will be serving a special cocktail menu of new and traditional Campari family cocktails, as well as our extensive wine list & Peroni on draft, and our regular Peppina menu (exclusive of pizzas) in addition to the special pizzas exclusively available only on that night.
Chef Silvio will be serving:
- Amatriciana – Pizza topped with Amatriciana sauce, guanciale, pecorino & chilli.
- Carbonara – Pizza topped with guanciale, pecorino, egg yolk & black pepper.
- (V) Autunno – Pizza topped with creamed pumpkin, mushrooms, provolone & cavolo nero.
- Sfiziosa – Pizza topped with tomato, smoked ham, mozzarella, paprika mayo & parmesan chips.
Chef M of Peppina will be serving:
- Cavolfiore Croccante – Pizza topped with creamed cauliflower, anchovy, fior di latte, crispy leeks & capers.
- Verde Speranza – Pizza topped with artichoke, tropea onions, sun dried tomato, parsley, pecorino & guanciale.
- La Diavola Suprema – Pizza topped with San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, spicy salami, & jalapenos.
- Pizza del Monaco – Yellow datterini tomatoes, fior di latte, bresaola, rocket & provolone del Monaco.
