The St. Regis Bangkok invites couples on a romantic journey of the senses with a 5-course romantic dinner at The St. Regis Bar on Sunday, February 14, 2021.

Indulge in a candlelit dinner with your loved one overlooking the Royal Bangkok Sports Club grounds and the glittering night skyline.

For the first time ever, The St. Regis Bar is transforming into an intimate dining restaurant with limited window-side tables.

The exquisite 5-course dinner includes a beautifully-plated starter showcases the subtle succulence of crab meat, followed by a lobster bisque soup served with lobster claw. A delicate third course of smoked Hamachi served with sea urchin and caviar gives way to the main course, a A5 Wagyu tenderloin seared to perfection and served with truffle beef jus and fresh truffles. Infusing the evening with sweet notes is the dessert course, a yuzu curd presented with strawberry compress, rose diplomat, coconut sable, and white peach sorbet.
