Introducing ‘Friends of Aulis Phuket’ Collaboration Series
Aulis Phuket is excited to announce its upcoming ‘Friends of Aulis Phuket’ collaboration series starting from May. The series will take place at Aulis Phuket’s home in the stunning Iniala Beach House on Natai Beach and feature a lineup of renowned restaurants and chefs from around Asia, all united by a shared philosophy on sustainability and local sourcing.
Visiting restaurants will include chef Deepanker Khosla’s Neo-Indian HAŌMA from Bangkok, as well as chef Richie Lin’s MUME from Taipei, celebrated for its innovative approach to Taiwanese cuisine. The lineup continues with Toyo Eatery and Inatô, two award-winning restaurants that showcase the diverse culinary heritage of the Philippines.

All collaborations offer dine-only tickets for 6,000 THB (with additional wine pairing options) or a luxurious overnight stay package at Iniala Beach House, with special rates starting starting from 13,492 THB per night for the May and June events and 24,920 THB per night for the December event (including breakfast).
