Chef Julien Royer of Odette Restaurant in Singapore Cooks for Three Nights with the Sühring Twins at Sühring Bangkok.

          Sühring (Michelin* and #4 Asia’s 50 Best)  does it again with their killer collabs, this time with Chef Julien Royer of Odette Restaurant in Singapore ( Michelin** and #5 Asia’s 50 Best).

          Our expectations were sky high, considering Odette is piping hot, hot, hot on the lips of any discerning foodie right now.

          Julien cooked with the Sühring twins on the 12th, 13th, and 14th of July 2018 with a menu divided into Chapters. Chapter one were the bites, Chapter two, the mains and Chapter three, the sweets.   

          The menu highlights dishes curated by each respective chefs and covered twists on traditional favourites from Eastern to Central to Western Europe to Eastern parts of Asia. Less cohesive than the the Hertog Jan x  Sühring experience but an extraordinary culinary journey nonetheless. With dishes like Foie gras “Pho” and Tomato, Stracciatella that your senses are bound to never forget.
