Bangkok’s hottest new foodies hangout opens this December at the iconic Mahanakhon CUBE at King Power Mahanakhon with a fitting but understated title of, “Mahanakhon Eatery”. In a similar vein to the famous Eataly in Italy, it’s more than just your fast food counters or canteen meals to fill hungry bellies at rock bottom prices. At Mahanakhon Eatery, diners may indulge in some of the finest imported French cheese and charcuterie to freshly shucked oysters and champagne, whole spit-roasted organic chicken and even delicately crafted desserts.
The Mahanakhon Eatery Cross-Kitchen concept carries a complimentary mix of boutique restaurant and upscale F&B vendors among a sleek, modern and airy design in shared and partially-shared dining areas; the mood and decor of each corner of the eatery adapts to each respective concept. Creating a feeling as their intended slogan of Eat. Meet. Joy, for those looking for a quick or leisurely dining destination designed for delicious meet-up sessions.
Starting with other café, positioned at the entrance of Mahanakhon Eatery, the café-bar prides itself in “hand-crafted coffee and beverages”, sustainable and eco-friendly equipment and methods.
Modeled on their original store in Rangnam, the coffee bar is minimally chic with it’s concrete block service counter, retro coffee machines and grey uniforms. You can bet that the Café “grammers” will soon be all over this one.

The oyster bar el mar will likely be the next restaurant counter that will grab your attention, with their international selection of fresh oysters on display, and trust us, they are truly fresh! Besides satisfying that seafood craving, el mar is also a grill serving up Modern European plates of smoky meats.
Fresh mussels and lobsters, alongside bite-sized appetizers are also available at this French fishing village inspired concept. Just look for the white ship sails that adorns the restaurant and you know you’re there. All meals at el mar are made fresh to order, which is the only way when handling such top quality meat and seafood.

Isabella Italian Rotisserie by Andreas
The largest part of the dining area or so it seems is Isabella Italian Rotisserie by Andreas. The team at Mahanakhon Eatery have done a wonderful job at creating complimentary dining space. In contrast to the minimal and chic, Isabella Italian Rotisserie by Andreas embodies warmth and style with comfortable seating and copper tones.
The food also induces the feeling of comfort with succulent organic spit-roasted chicken, thanks to their rotisol, imported from France at 1 Million Baht! The restaurant also offers a homemade pasta menu and for those on-the-go, pizza is also available by the slice.
This would be just one of Chef Andreas Bonifacio’s new culinary projects under the Andreas Restaurant group which began from the locally renowned Andreas Italian Restaurant and Grill in Hua Hin. Chef Andreas’ cuisine focuses on “Tavola Calda” or “Hot Table” style of Italian cuisine, which is a perfect match for Mahanakhon Eatery Cross-Dining concept. Whether it’s a quick grab and go or extended lunch, Isabella has the solution for Sathorn workers, residents and visitors to Mahanakhon Eatery.

Avril Gourmet & Bordier Selection
An exciting addition to the eatery, is the very first Avril Gourmet & Bordier Selection delicatessen counter. Although the Avril Gourmet team have been operating for many years in Thailand supplying fine French and European products to retail customers and industry professionals, this is the first of their self-branded retail spaces and it’s a beauty.
Impossible not to spot are the large wheels of cheeses and wide varieties of whole piece charcuterie displayed in a long cabinet. If you want to create an impressive charcuterie board at home, look no further. Not to mention diners have access to Brittany France’s gourmet Bordier Butter range and just about the best mustards available in town!
Most advantageous of all, foodies can sample a selection of their products on-site by trying out their charcuterie boards and sandwiches on the menu, available for takeaway also. If you feel something is amiss, that’s likely a bottle of wine. Just a few steps and one flight of stairs away, you can complete your cheese, charcuterie craving with a fine vintage at Maison du Vin.

Any connoisseur of wine would have heard of The Wine Merchant, venerated importers of International wines who have now opened retail space, Maison du Vin through a discreet entrance to the second floor of Mahanakhon Eatery.
The design is modern luxurious crossed with vintage accents. With the dim lighting and comfortable ambience, one can imagine spending their entire evening poring over their incredible selection of rare and vintage wines plus sampling an extensive range of renowned vineyard wines by the glass. Don’t know much about wine? Never fret, at Maison du Vin they have the friendliest and most knowledgeable sommeliers to help find the right choice for you.

Meat & Spice by Another Hound Café
We can’t think of anything else that goes better with a good bottle of red than a juicy steak! Just tucked away near the entrance of Mahanakhon Eatery is Meat & Spice by Another Hound Café. As the name suggests, there is plenty of meat complimented by spice.
A new brand created by the hugely successful chain, Another Hound Café, the Meat & Spice addition is a homage to Western and Thai culinary culture. The menu creatively fuses Thai twists into classic Western dishes to give vibrancy and originality to dishes. Perfect for those who enjoy a little kick to their meal.
