Like another dream come true for Japanese dessert lovers, sushi restaurant chain Sushi Hiro has expanded with a full-on Hokkaido-inspired dessert cafe.
Hiro Keki has been supplying its double-fromage cheesecake (B135) to its sushi venues for several months now. But that’s not all it has to offer.
Here, Hokkaido-hailing chef Ueno Katsunori and Thai pastry chef Dej Sangsrichan dish out the likes of trending kakigori (shaved ice dessert, B220-260), thick fluffy pancakes (starting at B185) and toasts (starting at B185), on top of a list of colorful cakes and breads.
It’s also the first in Bangkok to offer gooey cheese tarts (B75). Like Sushi Hiro, you can stay tuned to its Facebook for promotions.
