What happens when Bangkok acclaimed chefs join forces for a never before cooking collaboration? For the first time ever, Bangkok Foodies are about to find that out for themselves at Off Menu Festival, a 3-day long festival that promises to bring together food, drinks and entertainment at the iconic Chao Phraya riverside establishment, The Peninsula Bangkok.

Chef Wilfrid Hocquet from Blue By Alain Ducasse, Chef Sujira ‘Aom’ Pongmorn from Sawaan, Chef Phanuphon “Black” Bulsuwan from Blackitch Artisan Kitchen, are only some of a few names from the list of local acclaimed chefs who will be paired up together for an off menu creation, dreamed up exclusively for Off Menu Festival.

Set in a beautiful riverside garden of The Peninsula Bangkok, Off Menu Festival’s open-air setting will allow foodies to witness the chefs in action while encouraging diners to explore each exclusive off menu creation closely. Foodies will be able to enjoy 11 exclusive dishes along with 3 special cocktails created by award-winning guest mixologists or 3 glasses of wine along with live music and culinary surprises throughout the event.

Curious about what’s on the off menu? Here’s a sneak peek; some of the highlighted bites we have tried included, local ‘Magnum’ inspired chocolate ice-cream from Chef Napol ‘Joe’ Jantraget and Chef Amerigo Sesti, Nam-prik inspired cracker meets cheese soufflé from Chef Chudaree “Tam” Debhakam and Chef Wilfrid Hocquet. Peninsula’s very own chef, Stefan Leitner had also crafted up a special vegan dish, Sweet and sour pork, made from plant based meat substitute by OmniMeat.

Early bird ticket is ฿2,480 until 12th of March, pre-sale ticket is ฿2,680 until 25th of March, ticket at the door is ฿2,880 on 26-28th of March.
