Thailand’s most media prevalent Chef, Ian Kittichai and his business partner and wife, Sarah recently opened his new kitchen lab concept at 42/1 Ekamai soi 4. The Cuisine Concept’s unique space is decked out in sparkling kitchen stainless steel by Saha Stainless with whom they have buddied up with.

Along with some other snazzy equipment, the Cuisine Concept Kitchen boasts a large Retigo combination oven, Irinox blast chiller, a center island with 8 gas burners, steamers, planchas, bain marie, salamander grill and Vianen embedded ceiling hood. We also spotted some other mad scientist and space-age looking gadgets dotted about the place.

The kitchen space is designed to not only accommodate experimenting or event hosting Chefs, but can also be used as a private dining space for any foodie or aspiring professional. It’s also a great space for parties where guests can dine in the modern Thai house adjacent the kitchen or mingle on the front patio for cocktails or BBQ. Guests can also see straight into the kitchen through the glass wall which really makes for a theatrical experience.

Although we can’t imagine whether it would be a cheap affair and not purposed for your average Joe to be playing around in such a technically robust kitchen, but as an event space, TV shooting, corporate affair or lavish engagement, it’s likely one of the best spaces to be.
