Sra Bua by Num Weerawat Unveils a New Contemporary Thai Dining Experience at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

One of Bangkok’s most iconic fine dining restaurants is back with an entirely new identity.

From 31 July, Sra Bua by Num Weerawat at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok begins its soft launch,unveiling a contemporary Thai dining experience inspired by Thailand’s extraordinary biodiversity. Led by Chef Num Weerawat Triyasenawat, the new concept celebrates the country’s seasonal ingredients, working closely with farmers, fishermen and foragers to create menus that reflect the landscapes and flavours of Thailand.

Expect two immersive tasting journeys, a Fermentation Library, an exhibition of heritage Thai rice varieties, thoughtfully curated beverage pairings, and beautiful collaborations with Thai artisans throughout the space.
