Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin Unveils the Secret of the 16-serving ‘Winter Journey’ Menu from 1 November 2022 until 31 March 2023

Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok welcomes the winter season of cool breezes with the new ‘Winter Journey’ from 1 November 2022 until 31 March 2023. Continuing its legendary modern-Thai gastronomy, Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin remains consistent in composing unique and inspiring dishes created by award-winning Michelin-star chef Henrik Yde-Andersen and senior head chef Chayawee Suthcharitchan.

The secret to the ‘Winter Journey’ is designed to reflect Chef Henrik’s gastronomic travels as he reminisces about his adventures from Thailand to Japan and Europe. Portraying the ‘winter season’, Chef Henrik and Chef Chayawee join forces to develop menus using the finest winter-time ingredients in each dish.

The ‘Winter Journey’ menu embraces 16 invigorating servings, beginning with Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin’s famous eight ‘snack and street food’ canapés to delight guests upon arrival at the lounge, and was inspired by Chef Henrik’s food travels. It includes the all-time favourite soy sauce salty meringue; ‘Tom Kha’ truffle ice-cream cornetto; five-spice pork croquette; and more, which have been incorporated into his street-food nibbles.

This ‘Winter Journey’ is available at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin from 1 November 2022 until 31 March 2023 for lunch, with a selection of an eight-serving menu at THB 2,150++ and a ten-serving menu at THB 3,200++; and dinner with a 16-serving menu at THB 3,900++.

Additional wine pairings are priced as follows: eight-serving menu – THB 1,700++; ten-serving menu – THB 2,600++; 16-serving menu – THB 2,900++.

Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin is open daily for luncheon from 12:00 noon to 15:00 hrs (last orders for ten-serving menu at 13:00 hrs and eight-serving menu at 14:00 hrs), with dinner served between 18:00 and 24:00 hrs (last orders at 21:00 hrs). The restaurant is located on the lobby floor of Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok.
