Meet La Liste 2026-Honored Chef Jeffrey Tan at Park Hyatt Bangkok’s New Signature Afternoon Tea on 1-2 September
Bangkok, Thailand – 21 August 2026 – Park Hyatt Bangkok invites guests to experience its new Signature Afternoon Tea on 1-2 September 2026 for a rare opportunity to meet and be personally served by Chef Jeffrey Tan of JT Pâtisserie, recently honored by La Liste 2026. Appearing in Bangkok for two days only, Chef Tan will join Park Hyatt Bangkok’s Chef Fabrizio Zarate to present an exclusive afternoon tea experience inspired by their respective culinary journeys and shaped by the artistry of modern pâtisserie. With limited availability, guests are encouraged to book early to experience this unique collaboration firsthand.
Chef Jeffrey Tan’s recognition by La Liste 2026 places him among a select group of pastry talents celebrated on the global stage. Considered one of the world’s most respected gastronomic rankings, La Liste evaluates restaurants and culinary professionals through an aggregation of international reviews, guidebooks, media assessments and expert editorial curation. Unlike many awards programs, recognition cannot be earned through application or sponsorship, making inclusion a reflection of consistent excellence, innovation and global recognition within the culinary industry.
Developed together with Chef Fabrizio Zarate of Park Hyatt Bangkok, the collection draws inspiration from the flavors and memories that have shaped both chefs’ culinary journeys. Chef Jeffrey’s roots in Penang’s multicultural food heritage meet Chef Fabrizio’s Paraguayan heritage and expertise in haute pâtisserie, creating a menu that explores familiar Southeast Asian ingredients through refined French pastry techniques and modern presentation.
During the launch on 1-2 September, guests will also have the opportunity to interact with Chef Jeffrey Tan in person, making the experience more than an afternoon tea, but a rare culinary encounter with one of the region’s most celebrated pastry talents.
Chef Jeffrey Tan will make a special appearance at Park Hyatt Bangkok exclusively on 1-2 September 2026, while the Signature Afternoon Tea will continue to be available through 14 November 2026.
Each set is priced at THB 3,000 per two persons. Prices are exclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
