In addition to special pasta for festive season like Handmade tagliatelle, fresh crab meat, lemon & pink pepper, Chef-partner Francesco Deiana has also prepared scrumptious starters & dessert such as Pan-roasted asparagus, white beans, slow cooked egg yolk & winter black truffle, Homemade tiramisu with fresh mascarpone and a shot of espresso & Yuzu lemon custard, fresh cream & pink salt.
