Bangkok, Thailand (8 December 2025) – The TOP25 Restaurants Thailand Awards 2025 was held on 8 December 2025 at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit. This year’s ceremony marked a significant milestone as, for the first time, the organisation brought together TOP25 Restaurants Bangkok and TOP25 Restaurants Phuket & Southern Thailand in one celebration of culinary excellence, covering Bangkok, Phuket, Samui and Krabi.

The night welcomed over 200 guests, including industry professionals, hospitality leaders, society figures and media representatives. Nearly 100 restaurants were recognised, with special honours awarded for excellence in service, innovation and sustainability.

Hosted by Emcee Able Wanamakok, the ceremony brought together leading chefs, restaurateurs, hospitality partners and media representatives—spotlighting Thailand’s vibrant dining landscape, from Bangkok’s cosmopolitan flair to the regionally inspired traditions of Phuket and Southern Thailand.

Among the awards presented, the prestigious Chef Awards went to culinary leaders who exemplify dedication and innovation:

  • Best Chinese Chef: Tsai Shih Wei
  • Perennial Ambassador of Thai Heritage Cuisine: Nooror S. Steppe (Blue Elephant, Thailand)
  • Young Rising Star Chef Award: Giuseppe Bonura (Biscotti at Anantara Siam), presented by Filippo Cassabgi (San Pellegrino)
