Bunker is a casual fine dining restaurant and craft beer and cocktail bar. Our flavors are inspired by the culinary landscape of modern day metropolitan American cities like LA, SF, and NYC. We dedicate and pride ourselves on sourcing ingredients for the highest quality and sustainability. Our Wagyu beef comes Japan, our pork and chicken naturally raised here in Thailand, line caught fish both loc…ally and from Japan. We support local organic vegetable growers and constantly seek out new farms within Thailand to work with.

Our food is designed to highlight humble ingredients grown and raised in the best environment available in an energetic and casual atmosphere. The plates vary from small tapas style bites and appetizers to large format dishes. Our family style service is designed to encourage the customer to engage in the social pleasure of dining out with friends and loved ones rather than be restricted by formality.

The beverage program covers a broad spectrum. The wine program focuses of unique producers and styles from around the world which carries into the carefully selected craft beer program. Our cocktail bar is dedicated to creating and reintroducing modern classic cocktails, looking at forgotten favorites from decades past to fresh flavors from local market.
