Trisara’s Culinary Series with Samrub Samrub Thai
“Trisara”, the award-winning luxury beachfront resort in Phuket managed by Montara Hospitality Group, invites you to dine and drink in style at their next “Trisara Culinary Series”. After having collaborated on passed “Culinary Series” events with names such as Potato Head, 28 Hong Kong Street, Suhring and Le Du to name a few, Trisara is set to surprise diners again by taking Thai dining experience to a whole new level. On 13th August 2022, husband and wife Chef Prin Polsuk and Khun Mint Jarukittikun from Samrub Samrub Thai, recently awarded number 31 on Asia’s 50 Best Restautants and number 75 on World’s 50 Best Restaurants will showcase a menu of hyper seasonal and hyper local ingredients.

August 13, 2022 from 6pm to 10pm, Seafood at Trisara
Chef Prin Polsuk a former Nahm alumni and Chef David Thompson protégé will be preparing a menu using produces sourced from a trusted network of artisans and suppliers, and inspired by recipes dating from the King Rama VI era. Price is THB 3,500 ++ per person (including soft drinks) and THB 4,900++ per person for alcoholic pairings.
For Thai residents joining the event are entitled to special rate of THB 14,000 net per night for Ocean View Pool Junior Suite and THB 18,900 net for Ocean View Pool Villa including breakfast for 2 persons, return airport transfers, 15% discount on food and beverage (except PRU and Events) as well as a 10% on selected spa treatments.
