TASTES and VIBES of ASAI
From Singaporean street eats to Seoul-inspired cocktails, ASAI Hotels brings a world of taste to two vibrant Bangkok neighbourhoods – starting this June.
Bangkok, Thailand – 26 May 2025 – ASAI Hotels in Bangkok, operated by Dusit International, one of Thailand’s leading hotel and property development companies, are set to celebrate Asia’s most exciting regional flavours with the launch of TASTES and VIBES of ASAI – a new monthly series of culinary and mixology pop-ups spotlighting the best of street food and nightlife culture from across the region.
Launching this June at ASAI Bangkok Chinatown and ASAI Bangkok Sathorn, the curated events will transform each hotel into a dynamic platform where global flavours meet local character, delivering immersive ‘glocal’ (globally local) experiences designed to delight all the senses.
Located in the heart of Bangkok’s iconic Chinatown street food district, ASAI Bangkok Chinatown will focus on food-led experiences under the banner TASTES of ASAI. Meanwhile, ASAI Bangkok Sathorn, set amidst the vibrant bar scene of Sathorn Soi 12, will host VIBES of ASAI – a celebration of cutting-edge mixology, complete with interactive workshops where guests can craft their own creations.
A new guest chef and mixologist will be featured each month, drawing from Dusit’s own culinary talent and renowned collaborators across Asia.
Tastes of ASAI @ ASAI Bangkok Chinatown
Each event at ASAI Bangkok Chinatown will see a different Dusit chef collaborate with ASAI’s team to create unique dishes that fuse fresh, locally sourced ingredients with the rich street food heritage of the region.
From 19–22 June 2025, Chef Roy Ng of Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore will take centre stage at Jam Jam Eatery & Bar, presenting a special Singaporean-inspired menu crafted exclusively for this limited-time experience.
Future events will welcome Dusit chefs from Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, and beyond.

Vibes of ASAI @ ASAI Bangkok Sathorn
Each VIBES of ASAI pop-up will explore the creativity and craft of one of Asia’s most dynamic bar scenes, with international mixologists taking over the bar to share their signature serves and cocktail culture.
From 13–14 June, ASAI Bangkok Sathorn will welcome guest bartender Aiden Park of Fermata Bar, Seoul. The two-day programme will begin with a hands-on masterclass exploring the latest Korean bar trends, followed by nightly takeovers where Aiden will showcase his inventive cocktails and creative flair.
