Some of the highlight includes Lobster & fresh burrata salad, red onions & basil oil, Baked fillet of grouper, wild mushrooms & vermentino wine sauce & Shoulder of New Zealand baby lamb, topinambour fries & maple glaze.

To cap it off, savour our Homemade baked cheesecake with blueberry sauce or White chocolate & macadamia brownie served with matcha green tea ice cream.
