During part of the COVID-19 restrictions phase, Karmakamet Conveyance led by Chef Jutamas “Som” Theanate will offer the Appreciation Menu at only 1990 THB++ from today to February 28th 2021 with the updated operating time from 4.00pm – 9.00pm (Last booking 7.30pm) Sunday close.
Karmakamet Conveyance has become renowned as an art-to-plate concept restaurant, which has captivated discerning foodies and medias all over the world, with Executive Chef/Co-Founder, Chef Jutamas “Som” Theantae filmed in a feature documentary for Channel News Asia Singapore and most recently the restaurant was featured in a full page spread in Harper’s Bazaar Taiwan. Karmakamet Conveyance’s original appeal may start with the quirky-looking bites, bizarrely shaped utensils, chaotic and colourful bowls of mysterious ingredients arranged purposely on pristine white plates but the intelligence and palatable flair behind each dish speaks thousand of words, silent words to which the diners themselves are left to interpret.
Chef Jutamas “Som” Theantae’s plates are edible works of art, which diners may absorb without the burden of information and expectation. A mind-liberating and palate-opening experience, Karmakamet Conveyance is not designed to be viewed in “black and white” and can be truly appreciated if we simply, “Allow things to happen the way they are”.
