It’s with something of a relief that we welcome a new Thai restaurant to town. Rice & Chilli applies fancy ingredients and presentation to familiar Thai dishes and has the added bonus of a view of the passing BTS. Try Thai Chef Suthon Phonkamchat’s recommended dishes including khao pad Thai-French (wok-fried rice with foie gras and mango chutney, B550) and massaman (curry with braised lamb shank).
