DESCRIPTION:Vesper cocktail bar (ASIA’S 50 BEST BARS 2016-2022 & No. 79 WORLD’S 50 BEST BARS 2022) will debut its much-anticipated new menu this 30 November under the concept ‘People of Vesper’, celebrating our guests who have frequented our bar over the years.\nA pioneer in Bangkok’s bustling cocktail scene since 2014, we are waving goodbye to our beloved ‘Contrast’ menu, now in its third edition, and welcome the all-new ‘People of Vesper’ menu. Conceived and created by Bar Manager Federico Balzarini & his team of talented bartenders, the 14 new cocktails are essentially inspired by our dear guests – with all their own unique characters and different taste profiles – through the perspective of our bartenders.\nSome of the highlights include: ‘Mango Manhattan’ – a playful twist to Manhattan but still packs the usual punch, using Mango Michter’s Bourbon, special in-house Vermouth Blend, White Port and Absinthe; ‘Miami Vice Vesper’ – a tributary variation of our namesake and our favourite cocktail with Coconut Tanqueray Gin, Ketel One Vodka and Strawberry Dry Vermouth; and lastly, ‘Black Sesame Presidente’ – Black Sesame fat-washed Don Julio Blanco mixes with Los Siete Misterios Mezcal, Fino sherry, Crème de Cacao Blanc and Kaffir lime Saccharum that should please all drinkers – seasonal or non-seasonal – alike.\nWith the new menu, we also refresh our wine list and non-alcohol selection for all your drinking occasions. Additionally, we also upgrade our food menu.
