Dusit Thani Hua Hin’s newest restaurant, Nómada, will offer a special set tasting menu, and the night will finish with a DJ set by DJ SEBA.\nSaturday 19 March: All-day poolside cocktails by talented mixologist Nontawat, starring gin, rum and vodka; an Italian Lunch Feast with Chef Paolo; and a Thai-Meets-Chilean Dinner by Chef Chalee of 100 Mahaseth and Dusit’s Chilean Chef Andre at Dusit Thani Hua Hin’s brand-new beachfront dining experience, Nómada. Expect locally sourced ingredients, traditional techniques, and open flame cooking. A live band and DJ will add to the fun.
