The US Seafood Appreciation Dinner For One Night Only at The Dock Thonglor highlights an incredible US Seafood Menu Curated by Chef Colin Stevens and Pepe Lopez

          Bangkok Foodies dropped into The Dock Thonglor to hangout with Chef Colin who cooked-up one of the original dishes, that will be on the special collaboration menu on the 20th of September 2018  with Chef Pepe Lopez.

          Not only did we get the opportunity to get in behind the kitchen with Chef Colin but he also enlightened us with some “interesting” facts about Maine Lobster and also a rather quirky method to lull your Lobster into a “trance”.  Don’t believe us? Then watch the videos for yourselves.

          The one-night event will be held on the Thursday 20th September 2018 from 6:30pm onward at The Dock Thonglor at The Maze Thonglor.
