When Bangkok Foodies went on tour of Tokyo to experience the “four hands” dinner of Chef Luca Fantin and Chef Umberto Bombana, we also discovered that some of the most celebrated Italian and International chefs have also lent their hands to this fine Italian restaurant in Ginza Tokyo.

          Bulgari Il Ristorante Luca Fantin is located on the 9th floor of the Bulgari building of Ginza Tower Tokyo, and although it’s not immense, it’s certainly refined. The restaurant’s high ceilings, wrap-around window with city view, crisp, fine decor and relaxed ambiance makes this venue an ideal hot spot for touring Chefs. 

 

          We compiled some throwback “four hands” highlights of this year,  along with the dishes, where rising chef, Luca Fantin – who’s very name is in the restaurant title – combines his extraordinary talent with some of the world’s greatest.

          Now that foodies are armed with this piece of intimate knowledge, we suppose a trip to Tokyo may just be in order. Watch this space for the next 2018 Bulgari Il Ristorante Luca Fantin collaborations to be soon released!
