A meal at Sra Bua (which means ‘Lotus Pond’) entails a feast of a la carte lunch and dinner, three different set menus for lunch and one tasting menu for dinner, choreographing different tastes to daring combinations. Behind beautifully composed food presentation, familiar flavours of traditional dishes are maintained while the chefs push the boundaries of form, texture, and temperature.
The culinary repertoire starts with The Snacks which is the restaurant’s version of amuse-bouche. For dinner, three series of The Street Cooking are presented to the guests before the main meal commences. The Street Cooking is inspired by vibrant street markets and scenes of Thai family life.
